North End Ferry Service Update
Washington State Ferries reports that after successful repairs and boat moves, three-boat service will be restored at the start of service on Wednesday, Jan. 14 on the Fauntleroy/Vashon/Southworth route.
Tuesday, Jan. 13: Two-boat service with the third, unscheduled vessel. Around mid-day, the Sealth will swap with the Salish and run as the third, unscheduled boat.
Wednesday, Jan. 14: Three-boat service resumes. The Sealth will run as the #3 vessel.
Friday, Jan. 16: The following #3 sailings will be cancelled to accommodate boat moves:
- 8 p.m. Southworth to Vashon
- 8:20 p.m. Vashon to Fauntleroy
- 8:50 p.m. Fauntleroy to Vashon
- 9:15 p.m. Vashon to Southworth
- 9:30 p.m. Southworth to Vashon
Saturday – Sunday, Jan. 17: Regular weekend, two-boat service.
Monday, Jan. 19: Due to the timing of boat moves, the route will be on two-boat service.
Tuesday, Jan. 20: The route will return to three-boat service.
