How are you doing? Feeling okay? Health is good? Sometimes? Sometimes yes, sometimes no? Maybe awful all the time, God forbid? Taking care of ourselves is getting  harder and harder, we know that. But here’s a ray of hope if you’re kind of stuck as far as your health is concerned. On Saturday, October 29th, at the Methodist Church, right here on Vashon, King County Public Health, with Vashon Youth and Family Services are holding a Free Health Fair from ten in the morning till two in the afternoon. You can check your blood pressure, your body mass index, your cholesterol levels, diabetes, pregnancy tests, baby check-ins. And actual hands-on: limited ultrasound, acupuncture and free COVID-19 vaccines. And you can sign up for health insurance while you’re there.
