Host Doug Langworthy interviewed two handlers who will be competing in the Sheepdog Classic this weekend, talking about the fun of sheepdogs and herding competition and learning a bit about what goes into the training and competition for the four legged athletes.

Then we heard from the head coach and some of the players from the Vashon Vultures lacrosse team that just won the state championship. They chatted about their awesome season and their feelings on winning the state title.
