What in the heck is 14/48? Is it a secret society? A cult? Well, there’s nothing secret about it, and it may be a cult of crazed Island theatre practitioners. It’s billed as The World’s Quickest Theater Festival, and it’s happening at Open Space for Arts & Community January 30, 31 and February 1.
