Boogie Back host Geoff Fletcher cruised through past shows and came across one from 2019 that featured musicians he hadn’t heard for a while. He buffed the show up so you could hear the usual array of kinds of music created by Texas musicians. There are a lot of connections among the musicians on this show – appropriate for VoV, your Island Connection.

Tune in for some rock and roll from Robert Plant and Band of Joy, Ian Moore (don’t forget Ian’s show at Sugar Shack in a week or so), Delbert McClinton and James Plankenhorn. Beth Wood and Ara James, Rodney Crowell and Emmylou Harris, and Amy LaVere and Will Sexton offer awesome harmonies, and we have a few covers of Guy Clark songs with some James McMurtry to boot. It’s a good one.
