Claire Denise knows, both personally and professionally, what it takes to age well and keep our brains and bodies thriving throughout life. A popular teacher at the Vashon Athletic Club, she joins Sally to talk about the core elements of positive aging.
Claire is a certified fitness coach who lives on Vashon, where she teaches classes and offers personal coaching through the Vashon Athletic Club. Certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), she is trained as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and nutrition coach.
Through her business, Positive Aging, Claire offers a holistic approach to growing older with vitality. She supports seniors in cultivating practices, habits, and social connections that nourish both body and brain—enhancing well-being at every stage of life.
An active member of the Vashon community, Claire also lends her voice to the Vashon Chorale.
