Brigadier General Joe Ulatoski: Joe was born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut and then enlisted in the Army as a 17-vear old private during the Latter stages of World War II and retired 32 1 1/2 years later as a Brigadier General.

He served in three wars (WWII, Korea Vietnam) and had tours of duty as a combat infantryman, paratrooper, ranger and “green beret.” He is a master-parachutist, been awarded numerous U.S. and foreign medals and decorations.
