It feels like a tumultuous time to be alive. We’ve been through a lot collectively. So today I’m going to share the most effective all-encompassing tool I know for transformation, dealing with stress, finding solutions, and just all around making your life feel better— good and joyous— no matter the circumstances. It turns out you don’t have to change a lot about your life to start experiencing it in a more buoyant, peaceful, calm way— the job begins on the inside. That’s great news because that’s also what makes peace accessible! If you are new to meditation, I hope this episode will walk you straight into the practice with ease.
