“Before The Border” is a book of photographs taken at America’s Southern border by documentary photographer David Lynch. He made three visits to border towns in 2018 to eat, sleep and live with migrants in the “caravans”. His pictures vividly tell the personal stories of Honduran, Salvadoran and Guatemalan families risking everything to escape poverty and violence.
