The repair work will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays and is expected to be completed on Friday, May 8. The timing is set to avoid the morning and evening commutes. For vehicle passengers, please expect delays during the work as only one lane will be available for vehicle loading and unloading. Delays could extend beyond 3 p.m. Crews will be using loud equipment, which is why this work cannot be done at night. This is not a safety issue with the transfer span but is a necessary repair.
