October is bullying prevention month, so join host Susan McCabe as she talks with author and filmmaker, Tracey Hecht, about innovative ways to teach children how not to bully, and how to prevent being bullied.

Hecht has written a series of books for children ages 5 to 12 starring three unlikely nocturnal friends:  Dawn, a serious fox, Tobin, a sweet pangolin and Bismark, a loud-mouthed, pint-sized sugar glider.  You’ll have to look up what each of these animals is.  Then tune in and be surprised that teamwork and understanding may be the best weapons against bullying.
