Heidi Skrzypek might have been Jamaican in a past life. With a deep appreciation for dancehall, roots reggae and ska, she goes crazy (on and off the dancefloor) for big bass, tribal percussion, reimagined musical samples and a strong patois.

The BROADcast is hosted by Vashon‘s own Famous Filson Sisters, bringing their Florida (by way of Long Island) sensibilities to our island airwaves. Expect entertaining repartee and amusement!

For your Broadway show music fix, I am hosting BROADWAY BABY. Along with Carolin Turner, my invaluable computer wiz, we present two hours of well- known and not so well-known Broadway musicals on KVSH.
