The Moody Hours
You may know me as a pilates teacher, a singer, dancer, lamp maker, mother, and now I am hosting my own radio show. It’s diverse… hops all over the place, changes with every song. It’s the Moody Hour and I play music from my own family’s creations ranging from organ to pop to educational songs that aren’t normally played on the radio.

“It don’t mean a thing if it ain’t got that swing”

Then along came James Brown who found a whole new way to get people up and dancing…funk music. Ever since the Funk Bomb went off in ’65, musicians have been excited about applying the funk genre to their own music, no matter what genre.
