And now, since the deadline on the 27th, your entry is sequestered in the guardianship of Sarah Howard, waiting only for you to come and sing it in person on the stage of the Vashon Theatre at the climax of the contest on Tuesday, October 15th, when the whole Island is invited for the hour of judgment: final winners will be decided by the audience but distinguished celebrity judges will have already chosen finalists. Winning voices will be honored with the Voice of Vashon Golden Microphone Trophy, a solo gig at the KVSH studio at First Friday Live, and the coveted opening spot at the VoV 25th Birthday Bash in 2025. This is kind of a big deal, guys, so we’re counting on the whole crowd to show up; it is, after all, bottom line, a fund-raiser. Doors open at 7. Show starts at 7:30. VIP packages available.
