One man, two shows, 16 characters — that’s the lineup for the joint VCA and VRT production of Charles’ Dickens A Christmas Carol, scheduled for December 16 at the Kay White Hall in Vashon Center for the Arts. 
A Vashon Minute host Susan McCabe speaks with the show’s star, Broadway actor Allen Fitzpatrick, about how he prepares to perform this show as the only actor playing all 16 parts and how he consistently wins accolades, especially from kids.  It’s something he’s done for decades, and he’s refined his performance to a captivating gather-round-the-fire rendition of the story told the way Charles Dickens did in the 1800’s.
