The late author, Brian Doyle, wrote prodigiously through his short life, and his fans are many. Chief among them are Islanders Gerry and Mike Feinstein. That team created a Doyle tribute show in 2019 titled ‘Kissing The Joy As It Flies’ which played in the VCA Kay White hall to sold out crowds. And now, five years later, the Feinsteins and the entire ensemble that performed the original piece are reviving it as a Vashon Repertory Theatre production. Join host Susan McCabe as she savors some of Doyle’s work with ensemble members, David Meilke and singer songwriter Kat Eggleston.
