Jim Gross is the manager of Vashon Sewer District and a civil engineer at BHC Consultants in Seattle.  Jim’s engineering focus is on delivering clean, safe drinking water to people and helping to reduce pollution in our waterways.  Jim and his wife Shanti have been Vashon residents since 2002, and have two daughters who attend VHS and MMS.  You’ll usually find Jim running and biking around Vashon, or cheering for his daughters’ soccer teams.
