Kristen and Ville Jokinen met while scuba diving in Vietnam. They fell in love hiking the Pacific Crest Trail together. They found out just how meant for each other they were during a two-year, 18,000 mile bike ride between Alaska’s Prudhoe Bay on the Arctic Ocean and the southern tip of Argentina. Along the way they encountered the worst roads in the world, multiple crashes, dengue fever, crazy motorists and a pack of Peruvian attack dogs. But they also experienced the heights of human kindness and generosity as they were welcomed by wonderful people all along their route.
