Stephanie Anne Johnson is that special singer who can don a cowboy hat and sing over a slide as old timers weep. And they have wowed judges on the immensely popular NBC TV series, The Voice.

Ahead of their April 8th show at Open Space for Arts & Community, Jeff Hoyt takes over the airwaves for a conversation with Stephanie to talk about coming into their own as a singer/songwriter, their mantra to “find your joy and go there,” and we’ll hear tracks from their upcoming new album “Jewel.”
