Lunasa and More

Kat and John feature Lunasa, because the famous Irish band will be performing at Vashon Center for the Arts on March 22nd. With the help of our friend and producer, Jeff Hoyt, we start things off with John Doyle and Mick McAuley singing “Paddy’s Green Shamrock Shore”, followed by a set of strathspeys and reels from Dr. Angus MacDonald. The includes Brass Monkey, Clanna Morna of Vancouver, BC, Daimien Dempsey, Brendan Gleason and his brother, islander John Whelan, Amble, Barry Shears, and Kinnfolk from Roanoke, Virginia.
