Here they go again! Five years ago, Island pals Bruce Morser & Bob Horsley checked in with Jeff Hoyt on Voice of Vashon each week with tales of their two-month, 3,500 mile coast-to-coast cycling adventure from Boston to Vashon.

Last summer, Bruce & Bob rode north-to-south along the Continental Divide between Canada and Mexico on fully loaded gravel bikes. They pitched camp deep in grizzly country and ascend nearly 200,000 feet of vertical over 2,500+ miles. Like their previous adventure, they planned to capture the trip with a painting a day.

Once again, Jeff checked in once a week for pre-recorded radio reports, a task made more difficult with spotty cell service at points along the route.
